Monsanto wins in Pennsylvania milk labeling controversy

Monsanto has long challenged milk producers regarding the labeling of their products as rBGH free or hormone free. Many dairy farmers give their cows hormones to increase milk yield. Yet many consumers feel that these hormones have a negative affect on their children and on the environment.

Now, Pennsylvania has become the first state to ban labeling of milk as BGH free. So, Pennsylvania neighbors, time to come to Maryland to buy your milk. Or, contact your state representatives to reverse this strike against consumer rights.
